Job Description

We are growing our Business Process Management Team and looking for team members to assist with the project implementation and management of our client's programs.

The position includes a series of duties and responsibilities to complement the technical development of various programs/projects by providing business rules, analysis, consulting, project oversight, and assisting in the deployment. It aims to ensure effective problem solving and decision making throughout the implementation life cycle and beyond.

Job Responsibilities


• Project Management
• Interpret/facilitate/coordinate client technical specification for new and existing client programs
• Create technical specs for in-house development team for client requests, schedule into pipeline, as well as coordinate with other internal departments needed for successful implementation
• Ensure technical pipeline is meeting project due dates throughout the implementation and effectively communicate with all parties
• Perform data inventory management for our call centers, maintain/update/apply custom program application settings post implementation, create/maintain logistical campaign configurations used by our call centers.
• Coordinate and expedite technical resources for issue resolution in our call centers
• Knowledge of SQL and MS Excel is a plus, but not required

• Must currently live within a commutable distance as this is a hybrid position
